Sponsors recognise and value continuity with good teachers and strong support staff as a key factor of a successful school and would seek to actively engage staff in shaping the Taunton Academy proposal.

Sponsors are keen to minimise disruption and to develop a culture of continuous improvement that offers all staff the opportunity to improve their professional and personal skills.  They would create an environment that attracts, supports, develops and retains the best people at all levels.

Committed to ensuring the proposed Academy has a full complement of appropriately qualified teachers in specialist areas, sponsors would provide the necessary time and support to achieve this.
